Hybrid Personal Training at Revolution Strength & Conditioning

HomeHybrid Personal Training

The Best of Both Worlds

Hybrid personal training gives you the structure and accountability of working with Coach Blaine in person, combined with the flexibility and affordability of training on your own between sessions. It’s a model that works around your schedule, your experience level, and your budget.

How Hybrid Personal Training Works

In the hybrid model, some of your workouts are done one-on-one with Coach Blaine at the Revolution Strength & Conditioning gym, and others you complete on your own. For the workouts you do independently, access a user-friendly fitness app that walks you through everything you need. Each workout in the app includes exercises with instructional videos, written cues, and guidance on weights and reps so you always know exactly what to do.

A Plan Built Around You

One of the biggest strengths of hybrid fitness coaching is its customization. How often you train in person with Blaine versus on your own is tailored to your individual needs. You might start by meeting in person twice a week with one solo workout in between. Over time, that could shift to once a week in person and two workouts on your own. There are many ways to structure it, and Blaine will work with you to find what works best.

Professional Coaching at a Lower Price Point

For those working with a tighter budget, flexible personal training through the hybrid model reduces the monthly cost compared to fully in-person training. It’s a practical way to maintain regular access to professional coaching without paying for every session face-to-face.

By combining in-person and online personal training, the hybrid model gives you more options and fewer compromises.
