HomeTestimonials for Revolution Strength & Conditioning
As a healthcare provider who treats musculoskeletal conditions, I feel that strength and conditioning training is an integral and imperative part of returning my patients to a healthy, active lifestyle. Strength and conditioning training is one of the important pillars of living a long and healthy life. In my opinion, Blaine is absolutely one of the best in the strength and conditioning field. I am continuously impressed with his knowledge and approach to training his clients. I feel completely confident in referring my patients to him once they’ve completed treatment under my care knowing that they are in very competent hands.

I have had Blaine as a strength coach for several years now. He is a great coach, with an incredible amount of knowledge in the field. He has helped me out in all my lifts, both with critiquing my form and also with new workout routines. He is very patient and works very hard at giving a personal touch. I have a work schedule that is very difficult, yet he always works with me and squeezes me in. Any problems you may be having, he is right there with full attention and willing to do whatever it takes to get you progressing again. I would definitely recommend Blaine as a coach if you’re serious about your training.

Blaine is an outstanding coach and a dear friend of mine. Training with Blaine has been one of the most powerful experiences of my life, which led to developing a life-long friendship. He trained me for two and a half years while helping me become the strongest I have ever been. Blaine is dedicated to people and is devoted to his craft of strength and conditioning. He has a unique talent of finding physical capabilities in people and passionately helping them achieve great results. He is intelligent, and he always keeps ahead of the curve by continuously educating himself and proactively assessing practical applications of new trends in fitness and nutrition. Blaine is a coach who will be there for you, and he will listen to everything you are thinking and feeling. In addition to listening, he will equip you with the right tools to deal with the challenges you might be facing and work out what you really want and need from a situation. For example, Blaine coached me through back injuries, such as a pinched sciatic nerve and a herniated disc, and helped me heal and become even stronger. It was because of his guidance and support I achieved incredible results and gained a great deal of confidence. I use what I have learned from Blaine’s coaching every day and will continue to do so for years to come.

I would highly recommend using Blaine as a coach. I was adamantly skeptical at our first meeting about working with a strength coach. However, by the end of the first session, I was convinced that I needed to work with him! Why? Patience and honesty. Amazing communication skills. Educated in fitness. Professionalism. Personable & congenial. Goal oriented. In my personal experience working with Blaine, these are the qualities that he exuded. Blaine is meticulous at taking notes, tracking, processing workouts, explaining and rectifying errors, and setting short-term & long-term goals. During your workout, he not only explains what you’re doing but why you’re doing it and how it will help you. He’s not your average type “teenybopper jock” at the gym; he is an adult who works with adults. Working with Blaine, it was very easy to see my progress. Not only in the meticulous notes that he took, but also in the mirror, and also in my health.

I have trained with Blaine for years, and his structured teaching methods and his individualized programming allowed me to take my strength/Olympic weightlifting to a whole new level. Whether it be your main, supplemental, or accessory lifts, Blaine will dial in a detailed program for you.

It all started with a simple phone call. Early in 2016, I was looking for a way to regain control of my physical fitness. I called multiple trainers with the attitude I’ll go with whoever seems to want my business the most. As fate would have it, Blaine was the first and only one to return my call. I had always thought of myself to be pretty athletic, with a decent knowledge of fitness. That is until I met Blaine. His knowledge of the human anatomy, biology and weightlifting blew me away! Blaine has spent years mastering his craft and has truly become a master. His caring personality and attention to the smallest details have made him the best coach, easily in the state if not the nation. Blaine has become a mentor to me. His wisdom and coaching have impacted my life in so many ways, even beyond the lifting platform. If you’re looking to get freakishly strong or just improve your current situation, I would highly recommend Blaine to anyone, no matter your age or sex.

I started training with Blaine back in 2013. When I first walked into Blaine’s gym, it was clear there was a welcoming culture along with structured programing. Blaine provided a comfortable training environment, which makes training enjoyable and satisfying. After training with Blaine for only a short time, one will learn of Blaine’s passion for fitness and how he cares for each of his clients. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, Blaine is your guy.

I had the pleasure of training under Blaine’s care for almost a year, and it was a tremendous experience. Blaine is a careful and thorough teacher – he understands the whys and the hows of strength training and will work to make the concepts understandable. Strength training is more than picking up and putting down weights, and it has more benefits than simply looking more fit. It is a discipline that affects many areas of life, and Blaine helps you embrace the process with goals that are greater than muscle mass. As I followed Blaine’s instructions, I got stronger. It was a process, slow and steady, and he made sure that I was doing weights correctly. Blaine watched me every step of the way, demonstrating proper technique, and was very patient and encouraging. Eventually I was able start working out on my own, and I was easily able to take what I had learned and apply it the right way. I saw my strength increase, as well as my confidence, and working with Blaine was also a lot of fun, as he is a genuine and caring person. I can’t recommend working with him highly enough.

I started training with Blaine back in 2015. My friend, Ryan, told me about him and he said it was the best gym in town. I trusted his opinion, and still do! The first week, I remember feeling a bit overwhelmed by the new challenge, but I still went back. As I continued training with Blaine, I got stronger, fitter, and knew more about diet and how to take better care of myself and my body. It was due to Blaine’s unwavering commitment to fitness. I knew he had my interest at heart when he would hold me accountable and make me be responsible for my actions or when I would hit a PR and he would congratulate me in the best way. Also, when he would tell me to remove weight because my form wasn’t great, and I needed to get stronger with good form. I was amazed at what his coaching and training did for me, my body, and my mind. During my years under his training and at his gym, I went through a lot of life changes. One of the more difficult times in my life was when I lost my mom; Blaine was there as a coach but even more so as a friend. Blaine and I have had many heart-to-hearts throughout the years that I often look fondly back on. He and his ever-loving wife, Bethany, were a steady fixture in my life for quite some time. For that, I am eternally grateful. His coaching provided an excellent foundation for me. His commitment to understanding body mechanics, specific programs, and knowledge of weightlifting was impressive. I am lucky to call Blaine a best friend, and even more so my coach/trainer. If you’re not afraid of limits, are willing to lay your ego at the door and commit 100%, and need someone who can help you become the best version of yourself, look no further.
