What To Know About Revolution Strength & Conditioning Personal Trainer Blaine Vigilante

In his early twenties, Blaine struggled with severe back pain to the extent it interfered with his career as a firefighter and severely limited his physical activities. After over eight years of daily pain, he got determined to return to his love and roots of barbell training. It was a slow process with lots of setbacks. He struggled greatly but eventually regained his strength and eventually exceeded his own expectations of what was possible. It took a little time, but he completely overcame those old back injuries as well as shoulder surgery and even a lifetime of struggling with flat feet. 

Over the course of time and through intensive research and practice, he became an expert in the execution of proper lifting techniques and exercise programming. He read books, searched for experts in the field of strength training, went to seminars, got certifications, and even went back to school to refine and perfect his craft as a coach and personal trainer. After overcoming the obstacles of injury and realizing his own fitness transformation, he wanted to share this knowledge to help other people and eventually left his career of over 12 years as a firefighter in order to do so. Blaine Vigilante is passionate about helping other people achieve their goals and transform their lives for the better. 

Over the past 20 years, he has helped over a thousand people along their fitness journey – ages 12 to 74.  He has trained and competed in many sports and taught various modalities of exercise. He has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes and all ability levels, as well as limitations. He has helped his clients through various challenges, which include overcoming injuries, obesity, and even rehab after surgeries and joint replacements. He takes his craft seriously and is constantly studying and learning in order to keep building upon his knowledge. He strives to help his clients reach their goals in a way that they find effective, sustainable, and transformative.
