Throughout his career, Blaine has completed continued education courses focusing on nutrition, exercise science, and human anatomy and physiology. His expertise and extensive experience with a variety of training methodologies, including Russian and Bulgarian training systems have allowed him to help thousands of clients successfully achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals.
